The combination of chocolate and pear is very good to me.
For 1 person:
– 1 pear
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 2 pods cardamom
– 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
– 1 1/2 tablespoon (plant-based) yogurt
– 1 teaspoon chocolate paste (a recipe will follow one day. The pasta on the picture is made on basis of cacao powder and a little bit of honey.)
Cut the pear into parts. Fry them a few minutes with the cinnamon until they caramelize.
Add the oat flakes to a cooking pan and put them under water. Bring to a boil. Get the cardamom out of the pods and add to the oatmeal. Let the oat flakes simmer on low fire for around 3 minutes until they are soft and it has become a porridge.
Put the oatmeal in a bowl. Whisk the biggest part of the pear into the porridge and leave some for on top. On top of the oatmeal you put the walnuts, yogurt, chocolate spread and the remaining pear.
