Very quick to make, very suitable for a small budget and nice to use in a variety of recipes. If you want a more full milk you can add more oat flakes. This is a recipe for half-full milk.
Extra supplies needed: a blender
For (a little more than) 1 liter oat milk:
– 1 liter oat milk
– 4 tablespoons oat flakes
Pour the milk into a bottle. When you pour the pulp will stay in the blender. You can get the pulp out if you want the pulp in your milk. You can also use the pulp for other things. If you want to use the milk for drinks you can sieve the milk and remove the pulp. You can do that with sieve or with an extra nut bag if you want your milk to be completely pulpfree. With oat milk the nut bag is not completely necessary because the oat flakes combine to milk really easily: you don’t need to squeeze the milk through the nut bag.
