Without a lot of ingredients with grains, seeds and some spices. You can eat the granola for example with some yogurt and fruit for breakfast. After baking the granola you can also add some dried fruits.
For 1 baking tray/ 1 small jar:
– 100g oat flakes
– 100g spelt flakes
– 50g pumpkin seeds
– 50g sunflower seeds
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 3 teaspoons flaxseed oil
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 190°C/374°F.
Combine the flakes and the seeds. Combine the flaxseed oil with the sugar and the cinnamon. Whisk this through the flakes and the seeds.
Bake the granola for 15 minutes on 190°C.
