This I find a delicious drink with warm weather. With adding ice cubes it becomes an iced coffee. The banana makes the drink sweet.
For this smoothie you can also use oat milk.
You find this smoothie under spring and summer because the drink suits this time of the year well.
For this recipe you need to do something the night before.
Extra supplies needed: a blender
For 2 persons:
– 250ml soy milk
– 250ml water
– 1 frozen banana
– 3 teaspoons (for this recipe caffeine-free in my case) instant coffee. I find instant coffee easy in this recipe but you can cool off your coffee as well.
– optional: ice cubes
Put the banana in the freezer the night before without the peel. You can cut it into pieces beforehand. With a good blender a whole frozen banana works as well.
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix to a nice cold drink. You can add some ice cubes to the glass.
