Easy Cake of Apple Sauce

by admin
Easy Cake of Apple Sauce

This cake is very easy to make and tastes also very well. This can prevent you from eating a processed and often more sugar-rich cake. This is a good snack for somewhere during the day that is a little nutritious. On this you can go on for a few hours. Tip: if your apple sauce already contains added sugar, do not add the extra sugar.

For 1 cake:
– 200g wheat flour
– 350g apple sauce
– 3 tablespoons chia seeds
– 3 tablespoons water
– 50ml milk
– 2 tablespoons raw sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– hand of walnuts
– oil to grease the cake

Preheat the oven to 190°C/374°C.

Mix the chiaseeds with the water and put aside until it become a substance.

Mix the flour with the apple sauce and the baking powder. Whisk the milk through this. Now add the chia seeds with the water. Mix it until it becomes a good batter. If you need the batter to become more moist you can add some milk or water. If it is already too moist you can add some flour.

Grease a cake tin with oil: I used sunflower oil. Add the cake batter to the cake tin. Press some walnuts into the cake. You can separate the walnuts with your hands when needed.

Put the cake in the oven for around 40 minutes on 190°C/374°C.
