Extra supplies needed: a blender
For 2 glasses:
– 50g green lettuce
– 3 stalks celery
– 3 tablespoons oats
– 150ml mango juice
– 200ml water
Cut the celery into pieces and shred the lettuce a little.
Start with adding the moisture to the blender. You can choose to not add all the moisture so you can adjust your smoothie in an optimal way to the right amount of moisture to your taste. Then add the vegetables and the oats and blend into a tasteful combination.
