The calendar can differ according to ground type and exact region. And it’s also what you can find or grow: it’s not set in stone. I will keep on updating this calendar according to the last information. I have a little bit of practical experience because I had a vegetable garden for a short while. Furthermore it is based on information, my own knowledge and my vegetable bag. Maybe in the future with a vegetable garden I can use more practical experience.
At this moment the calendar is about vegetables and fruits growing outside with a little bit of cold frame greenhouse here and there. Maybe I will add a cold frame greenhouse in the future in a different colour. There is nothing that has been grown in a heated greenhouse in the calendar.
If you’ve managed to grow a fruit or vegetable in another month than is named here in North-Western Europe or a similar climate I’m very curious about that. Let me know in the comments if you like that and I will see if I can add it to the calendar.
